welcome!

This is the landing page for everything Kit’s Cats - our merch store, cat care and training guides, and the future home of our online training courses.I’m Kit, a UK-based cat mum, content creator, and cat behaviour nerd. What started as a summer project with my kids has grown into a beautiful online community, where I now share tips on cat care, training, enrichment (and the occasional cat-fuelled chaos). I’m also training my own service cat, Harvey, and building resources to help others do the same.I’m lucky to have tried a huge range of products, from food and fountains to litter boxes and enrichment gear, and this guide is where I’ve gathered the ones I truly recommend. Whether you're here to support our journey, browse our favourite finds, or start training your cat, thank you for being part of our community.

Daily Cat Care

Hipaws - Cat Food

We’ve tried a lot of cat food over the years, but Hipaws has become a firm favourite in our home!Their food bags are complete and balanced, so they make an easy, reliable everyday meal. We also use them as training treats, because they’re real food—no junk, no guilt. It means we can train for longer without worrying about overfeeding or upsetting sensitive tummies.Even if you’re not into training, you’ll love how simple and high-quality their food is.And for a little something extra? Their freeze-dried treats are also a hit...great ingredients, great crunch, and cats go mad for them. Use Code 'KITSCATS' For 15% off :)

Eating & Drinking

Hydration and mealtime enrichment are two of the easiest ways to support your cat’s health every single day. I’ve put together a selection of products we genuinely recommend to make eating and drinking a little more exciting (and a lot more beneficial). You’ll find a couple of water fountains in the list – the PetGugu fountain is a fantastic option if you want extra features like an app and a generous water capacity. I’ve also included a more budget-friendly choice that still performs really well, so there’s something for every household. We’ve also linked a few of our favourite slow feeders to help your cat slow down during meals, reduce boredom, and support healthy digestion. Whether you're building the perfect feeding setup or just looking to upgrade your cat’s bowl, I hope this section gives you a solid place to start!

Merlins - Salmon Powder

If you’re going to supplement your cat’s diet with just one thing, I genuinely recommend making it Merlin’s Salmon Powder. It’s single-ingredient, gently freeze-dried, and packed with omega-3s to support skin, coat, joints, and overall health. I love it because it’s easy to sprinkle on food—even for fussy eaters—and it’s something I feel good about using every day. Use Code 'KITTY' For 15% off :)

Litter Boxes & Litter

We use two robot litter boxes at home...the PetSnowy and the Neakasa — and honestly, we love them both. The PetSnowy is a fully enclosed unit with adjustable cleaning cycles, great odor control, and easy-to-clean parts, all in a really sleek design. The Neakasa, on the other hand, is open-top, which has been a lifesaver because Ash will only use a litter box without a lid! It’s quiet, has excellent odor control, and handles multiple cats really well.As a disabled owner, having robot litter boxes has been essential for me...they take away the hard work of scooping every day and help keep the house fresh and clean with minimal effort. We also use an air purifier in the room to cut down on cat hair, dander, and dust. It’s made such a difference in keeping the space feeling fresh, both for us and the cats.I’ve also included some of my top picks for non-robot litter boxes in case you’re not ready to go automatic yet, and the link includes the litter we use inside our robot boxes...it’s taken a lot of trial and error, but this one works best for us.

Hipaws- Tofu Cat Litter

If you are not using an automatic litterbox, this litter is for you! It’s made from 100% natural, biodegradable plant materials, so it’s eco-friendly and gentle on paws. It clumps quickly and locks in moisture, making scooping much easier and reducing waste compared to regular litters. The green tea scent offers light, natural odor control without any harsh chemicals, which I love. Plus, it’s low-dust and flushable...perfect for keeping the house cleaner and the cats happier. You can check it out directly on the Hipaws site through my link! Use Code 'KITTY' For 15% off :)Note: I have used this in both standard and automatic trays and it did not work in our Neakassa, because of this I only recommend if you don't have an automatic box.

Grooming- My Top Picks

I use different grooming products for Harvey and the short-haired cats, but these are the brushes I’ve found work best across the board! The link takes you to my Amazon storefront where you can check them out. Furminator offers different options for long and short hair, so you can pick what’s right for your cat. And if you’re after something a little different, the Cat Zoom Groom is an excellent choice — it’s gentle, easy to use, and honestly removes a surprising amount of fur!

Training & Enrichment

Cat Backpacks and Carriers

We’re big fans of Petsfit when it comes to backpacks and carriers! The quality is genuinely impressive, everything feels sturdy, well-made, and built to last. I also love the thoughtful design features, like the ventilation, comfort padding, and easy-access openings that make outings so much smoother for both me and Harvey. All round, it’s a brand I’d confidently recommend if you’re looking for something that’s practical and comfortable for your cat. Plus, you can grab a nice discount with my code, which makes it even better! 15% off with code ‘kitscat’ :)

Cat Training & Enrichment games

I’ve put together an Amazon list of our absolute favourite training and enrichment items...all the things we use and love with the cats! If you’re joining my cat training school, I’d say the cups and a clicker are a must-have to get started. I’ve also included some great puzzle feeders to make mealtimes more fun and keep their minds busy. Everything on the list is tried and tested by us, so you can feel confident you’re getting tools that really work.

Natural Cat treats & Catnip - Crazy Cat

Crazy Cat is a small, passionate family business, and actually the very family we got our beloved Harvey from! They’re all about keeping things natural and healthy, offering a range of delicious cat treats made with simple, high-quality ingredients. Alongside their treats, they also sell fantastic catnip and thoughtfully chosen toys, all designed to keep your cat happy, enriched, and well-cared for. It’s a brand close to our hearts, and one we’re proud to recommend!

Cat Towers, Climbing spaces, Beds & Toys

When it comes to creating a fun and enriching environment for our cats, having the right towers, climbing spaces, and toys makes all the difference. Our top picks include FUKUMARU — a brand we genuinely love and use a lot in our own home. Their wall-mounted furniture is a standout, offering brilliant vertical space that lets cats climb, perch, and explore safely. It’s perfect for adding enrichment without taking up valuable floor space, and we’ve found the quality and design to be both sturdy and stylish. A happy cat is an active cat, and these pieces help keep both their body and mind engaged!

Healing & Calm

Health & Wellbeing essentials

I’ve put together a special Amazon list focused on healing and calm, all our favourite cat care essentials to help your cat feel their best. From gentle nail clippers to calming diffusers, these are the products we trust and use with Harvey to create a peaceful, stress-free environment. Whether you’re looking to make grooming easier or support your cat through anxious moments, this list has all the little things that can make a big difference.

Multi-Cat Household Survival Guide

I teamed up with Obsyra to create the Multi-Cat Household Survival Guide because I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when your cats aren’t getting along. The constant tension, the chasing, the growling...it takes a toll on everyone in the home, including you. This guide is packed with gentle, proven strategies to help reduce fights, ease stress, and build lasting harmony between your cats. From smart space setup to peaceful introductions and conflict resolution, every section is designed to be simple, realistic, and effective...even if you’ve already tried everything else.Whether you're introducing a new cat or struggling with long-term tension between your current cats, this guide was written to help. With just a few small changes, you should start seeing a shift in just 7 days and begin creating a calmer, happier home for everyone.

Adventure Cat

Harnesses

If you want something that really feels safe, the Ontigris harness is the one I’d recommend. It’s sturdy, well-made, and gives me real peace of mind when Harvey’s wearing it — I never feel like he’s at risk of slipping out or getting tangled. One of the things I love most is the velcro panel where you can stick on patches, which is such a fun way to add personality (they sell the patches too!). It’s practical, reliable, and honestly the best harnesses we’ve tried. They ship worldwide and don't take too long to arrive!

Litter Boxes & Litter

I recommend two brilliant robot litter boxes — the PETKIT and the Neakasa — and both have their own strengths. The PETKIT is a fully enclosed unit with adjustable cleaning cycles, great odor control, and easy-to-clean parts, all in a sleek, modern design. The Neakasa is open-top, which is ideal if you have a cat like Ash who won’t use a covered box! It’s quiet, reliable, and works well in multi-cat homes. For those who prefer a non-robot option, I’ve also included a high-quality manual litter box that’s easy to clean and has great reviews. It’s a solid choice if you’re not ready to go automatic but still want something that performs well.Robot litter boxes can be a game-changer...
especially for disabled owners, taking the strain out of daily scooping and helping keep the home clean with less effort. I also recommend using an air purifier nearby to reduce cat hair, dander, and dust. It’s made a big difference in creating a fresher space for both humans and cats.

Nutriment

We’ve been working with Nutriment for a long time now, and it’s still one of the brands I recommend the most. Their raw food is high quality, thoughtfully made, and has been a staple in our home for years...it’s what I feed my own cats, and I genuinely trust the brand. If you’re thinking about switching to raw, they’ve made the transition easy with their helpful Transition to Raw guide — and Harvey even features in it! Pawaboo

You’ll spot them in several of our videos because they’ve quickly become a go-to for zoomies, hide-and-pounce games, and cosy nap spots.
